As part of the network's coverage of public affairs issues, PCN produces a weekly program with media professionals from around Pennsylvania. The resulting hour-long program is a candid reviews of pending state bills and issues, and a forecast of trends and developing concerns.

This program airs Thursdays at 8 PM. 
Re-airs are scheduled  Sundays at 5 PM and 11 PM as well as Mondays at 10 AM
